All of this is provided to the user in Real-Time so that new information will be available at the instant that it occurs.
Each vehicle’s information is kept on our server in the customer’s personal database for a period of one month. In between that time the customer has the option to download the vehicle information in a variety of formats.
AAT also provides installation services for the AXON unit in the customer’s fleet of vehicles. The installation is fast and easy since there is no hard-wiring that needs to be done.
If the company wishes to set-up their own personal server to send and receive the AXON unit’s information then AAT can also aid the company in the realization and set-up of this process.
A technical help team will be on hand during business hours to assist customers with any problems.
Warranty
Air Automotive Tracking Inc. will continually stand-by and service their customers, provided the problems are a result of the AXON unit. The AXON unit meets long-lasting automotive reliability requirements.
